We have an appointment booking system for all standard internal repairs. Generally speaking, we won’t need to book an appointment with you for external repairs, depending on access to repair your property.
Routine repairs appointments are booked to take place within 20 working days of the problem being reported. If we find that we cannot get to you on time we will let you know.
Appointments are offered in time slots, between 8.00 am and 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
8.00 am – 12.00 pm
12.00 pm – 4.30 pm
8.00 am – 4.30 pm
9.30 am – 2.30pm
If however, we turn up at the agreed time and you are not in, a card will be left and the appointment cancelled. Unfortunately, this means you will have start again by booking a new visit.
Where the problem sounds more complicated or needs an on site decision, we will make an appointment for an inspector to visit you.
We will arrange for inspections to take place within 5 working days.
Once the inspection has taken place, jobs will be raised by the inspector for any subsequent work needed.
Timescales will depend on whether the work requires specialist sub-contractors or not.
We will contact you to arrange appointments where necessary.
