My Ocean is a personalised online service where you can login to view your rent account and repairs.
Click ‘Sign In/Sign up’ at the top of the website and follow the link to ‘Register’.
Make sure you fill in ALL the mandatory (*) boxes, for data protection purposes.
You will need your ‘Tenant Reference Number’, also known as your ‘Account Number’, which can be found on your Allpay card or Rent statement.
Contact us if you can’t find your Tenant Reference Number or have lost your Allpay card.
Keeping your data safe is vital and Ocean takes every precaution to make sure your personal details do not fall into the wrong hands.
We provide you with a username and ‘strong’ password separately. Please keep these login details safe.
Simply click on the Sign in/Sign up link at the top of the page and enter your Username and Password, as an ‘Existing User’.
You can change your password at any time.
Please tell us if you are no longer using the original email address provided at registration.
My Ocean resizes to fit your screen which means it is at your finger tips and really easy to view, whenever or wherever you get internet connection.
A welcome page with the latest News and Events in your community as well as quick links to ‘Pay’, ‘Contact Us’ and ‘Cornwall Council’s Benefits Self-Service’
You can also see if we hold the correct contact and household details. If any of the details are wrong, please let us know.
View your current rent balance and rent account transactions. By selecting ‘Rent Account’ from the ‘Account Statement’ drop down menu,
you can view your latest transactions going back 3 months – both charges and payments.
View active repairs you have requested and appointments booked into the system.
Check if your property is scheduled for any planned maintenance.
