You can use our Online Form to tell us of any incidents of anti-social behaviour in your area. The form will be sent to Customer Services who will assign it to an appropriate member of staff depending on the nature of the case. Ocean’s Tenancy Sustainment Co-ordinator is Stephen Williams who focuses on cases involving our most vulnerable tenants.
Alternatively, you can contact Ocean Head Office during office hours 8.30am-5pm. After 5pm you will automatically be transferred to our Out of Hours Service.

You can contact the Council’s Environmental Health Department to make a complaint about noise. Take a look at their website or read their leaflet to find out more.

If the ASB incident is drug related, please contact the police.
The police have a legal duty to deal with drugs. Without sufficient evidence in a police report, Ocean is unable to take positive action.

Fly tipping is illegal. If you fly tip on Ocean property, you will be recharged for the removal otherwise, the service charges will be increased to reflect the additional costs.
