We are holding our first scrutiny “bootcamp” for 2022 and we need your help!

If you’ve used our repairs service in the last 12 months then we want to hear from you. We are working with TPAS, who are leading experts in promoting and supporting tenant involvement and empowerment to review how we communicate with you about repairs and compliance works.

We are holding an event on the 13th May at the St Austell Business Park and we need a total of 20 Ocean tenants and residents to join us on the day to review the following key areas:

• The current process when communicating a repair
• The gas servicing communication process

A member of TPAS will be there on the day, along with members of Ocean staff to facilitate and guide the session, giving you the chance to give your feedback.
