Garage or Car Space Licence Termination Form

Please confirm that you understand that terminating a garage or car space license requires a minimum notice period of one calendar month. *

You do not need to cancel your direct debit; following the end of your notice period, we will do that for you. If you have paid beyond the notice date, we will automatically refund any amount owed within 10 working days. *

Please confirm that the garage or space will be left clear, as you may be recharged for any items or property that requires clearing following the end of the notice period. *

It is your responsibility to ensure garage keys or relevant parking garage keys are returned to: Stennack House, Stennack Road, St Austell, Cornwall, PL25 3SW on or before the last day of your notice period. The office itself is closed to the public and therefore cannot provide receipts. We recommend returning keys via recorded post. If keys are not returned by the end of your notice period, you may incur a recharge for the cost of a lock change as required. *
