Who we are
We look after nearly 5,000 homes and, through our construction company Gilbert & Goode, we build new ones.
Together, we are committed to making a meaningful contribution to Cornwall’s housing shortage and making sure more people have access to the homes and support they need to thrive.
Some customers need a safe, comfortable home they can afford. Others a way onto the property ladder in their hometown. And some need a little more; financial advice, mental health support, sheltered or supported accommodation.
Whatever helps our tenants and customers feel secure and settled, we work incredibly hard every day to make it happen.
We always make an effort to understand our tenants and customers so we can genuinely meet their needs. We earn trust by listening carefully and being open about our actions. We value our tenants as partners, and their voice is central to every decision we make.
Over the next three years, we’ll continue our commitment to delivering a customer experience that reflects what matters most to the people living in our homes.
