2023 GEM Award Nominations are now OPEN!
It’s GEM awards time!
Some of you may be aware we hold our GEM (Going the Extra Mile) awards at the annual staff conference, which will be held on Friday 20th October 2023.
One of the awards presented on the day is the ‘Tenant Gem Award’. This is a way for you, our tenants and residents to recognise a member of staff for their positive contribution in line with our Values and Behaviours, so where you believe somebody has ‘Gone the Extra mile’ beyond normal expectations. This award along with other staff awards will be announced at the conference.
To vote for your Tenant Gem and put forward a member of staff you think should be recoginised for the great work they do, please vote below.
