Great news! Our Annual Review for 2023/24 is out now.

Top Ratings: We scored the highest governance rating (G1) and a strong financial viability rating (V2).
New Homes: Nearly 100 new homes last year, with over 150 more on the way.
Energy Efficiency: Over 60% of our homes now have an EPC C rating, aiming for 100% by 2030.
Community Support: Over £70,000 awarded to tenants and charities through the Simon Griffiths Grant Fund.
