It’s August and that means its GEM (Going the Extra Mile) awards 2024 time! Every year we hold our GEM awards at the staff conference which will be held on Thursday 17th October 2024. The Tenant GEM award is a way to recognise a member of staff for their positive contribution to the business in line with our Values and Behaviours, so where you believe somebody has ‘Gone the Extra mile’ beyond normal expectations. This award along with other staff awards will be announced at the conference. It’s a great time for us to all get together and celebrate.
